This dietary oil blend is specially formulated with a tried-and-true blend of three core essential oils—Lemon, Lavender, and Peppermint. Enhanced with the potent properties of Goldenrod and Eucalyptus Blue essential oils, Season Essentials blend helps you embrace the changing seasons with open arms.

    Directions

    Aromatic: Diffuse up to 1 hour, 3 times daily.

    Topical: Dilute 1 drop in 2 drops of carrier oil to the desired area. Use as needed.

    Ingestion: Dilute 1–2 drops Season Essentials blend with 1 drop carrier oil and place under tongue or in capsule up to 3 times daily.

    Suggested Uses

    • Add Season Essentials blend to a veggie capsule, water, or a teaspoon of honey and take it internally.

    • Add a few drops to your palms and rub them together. Cup your hands over your nose and mouth and take 2–3 deep, slow breaths through your nose, exhaling through your mouth.

    • Keep Season Essentials blend on hand while exploring the great outdoors. Add an AromaGlide® Roller Fitment to the bottle to apply as needed.
